To me, it felt choppy and roughly written. And while I got a kick out of watching a season one-esque episodes with a lot of Winchester brother interaction, it wasn't until watching it again that I realized there was a lot going on in this episode. For the most part, this episode seemed to suggest that a major separation is happening between Dean and Sam. (I should say that this is only my opinion on the episode, so take it for what it's worth.)
